    MELANIE FARRIS

    Melanie Farris' paintings are full of deep hypnotic patterns and vivid gradients pulling you into a contemplative trance. Driven to work exclusively in analog mediums, every design starts with a ruler and pencil and ends with an image most confuse for digital. Her vision transcends the bounds of the material and opens portals to the impossible. Melanie was born and raised in the piney woods of Northeast Texas, but now works and lives in Buda.

    Our Standard Matte Print Editions are created with pigment-based archival inks on acid free paper. When properly showcased, your print will not fade or deteriorate for over 100 years.     I love this piece … however,

    I want so bad to be able to give this a five star review. The artwork and print quality are amazing. Alas, as I am being the change I want to see in the world, Im not gonna bullshit anyone. The only thing I am not completely happy with is the canvas isn’t stretched tight enough and when hung as it is displayed, in a diamond shape , the center sags and causes the geometry in the artwork to appear unsymmetrical. I am very impressed with everything else I have received from this gallery. This one seemed tight enough when I unboxed it, but now that I have had it hanging for about two weeks it is pretty warped in the center. When I noticed this my heart dropped into the soles of my feet and I thought something was wrong with my eyes.
