How do I return or exchange an order?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • If exchanging for a new size, please enter the size you'd like in the notes
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Return and exchange requests can take up to 2-3 weeks to process

What items are returnable?

Returns must be received within 14 days from receipt to be eligible for a full refund (not including initial shipping). After 14 days it is only eligible for store credit. Exchanges must be received within 30 days from receipt to be eligible for a full exchange.

  • Items must be in original condition
  • For clothing, items must be unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable. These items must returned with your original order to be eligible for a full refund.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless item was defective or incorrect. 
  • Customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping (unless item is defective or incorrect)
  • If item is not returned in original condition, you may be responsible for dry cleaning fees.

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • If you are doing a return, we need up to 2-3 weeks to process

What if my package is lost?

  • You must notify us within 30 days of shipment notification that your package has been lost or misdirected. Any issues beyond 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
