Cool jacket, very comfortable. Can handle Wisconsin winter. I choose to wear a sweater underneath but I'm sure you'd still be warm if you didn't. When they said it runs large, for me it was in the arms. This was good for stopping snow blowing up your sleeve when windy. Highly recommend.
