So far so good! Love the design!!!! It’s a shell so don’t expect it to keep you warm in negative degree weather. I knew that buying it. I ride park and downhill fast. It’s perfect. This is coming from park city Utah!!!
It's a great jacket, however I have to take a star off because there is no front zipper and pull cords on other more hidden zippers. I assume its a design choice to keep a certain overall look, but not having a front zipper means you gotta pull it on over your head, and so taking it off while you're out snowboarding and sitting down for lunch is frustrating. It's also difficult to access the other pockets if you've zipped them shut because there is no cord to tug on, so if you're wearing gloves it's not easy to grab it. Beyond that the jacket shell itself is nice and keeps me pretty warm on top of a mountain.
Your customer service is second to none they were very responsive with my situation and the quality of this product far exceeded my expectations. The fitment was a little off according to the size chart in my opinion highly recommend ordering one size up but all in all a great experience and of course it looks good!!!!
I’m a 5’4” lady, I got a size medium, and I’m wearing the jacket over a hoodie in the photos. Only complaint is the hood is pretty tight BUT, it still fits over my helmet, just barely. It’s definitely made for men and longer than wider so size up if you’re curvier. The overall quality for the mountain is DOPE. Snug, warm, thick fabric, fuzzy inside, and sturdy zippers. So excited to rock this on the mountain.
