How does an artist become part of Threyda? We are currently invitation only. We are a small company and do not have the resources to handle very many artists, so for now we do not accept submissions!
Where can I get Threyda vinyl-cut stickers? We include a sticker with every order and also have added them as a standalone item to our website
Do you restock sold out clothing items? Once an item is sold out typically it will most likely not be made again.
Why is your clothing so expensive? All the t-shirts are made, manufactured and printed in the USA, which costs a bit more. Everything is limited edition and collectible. Making t-shirts limited means we do not mass produce our shirts, which allows prices to rise. We are a small home-grown business, not a corporation.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We do ship internationally, to any country in the world.
How long does shipping usually take? Within the U.S. delivery takes 3-5 days for items we have in stock, and 2-3 weeks for Made To Order clothing. International deliveries can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks - delivery time may vary depending on your distance from the U.S.
What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal.
Is your website secure? We take website security issues very seriously. We use Google and Paypal payment processing services, both which use the latest industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information.
How do I use a referral or discount code? If you have a referral or discount code, you can enter it during the last step of the checkout process.
Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed? Once an order is submitted through our website, it is sometimes not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us at email@example.com to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.
How do I cancel my order? To cancel an order, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us. Once we receive your order back to our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded minus the original shipping charges.
What is the difference between Matte and Canvas prints? The main difference is how they are mounted and displayed. The canvas prints need to be gallery wrapped - and the matte prints are a thick poster material that can either be pinned to the wall or framed normally. The image quality is very comparable and both hold an extremely high level of detail.
Where can I buy a frame for my print? Most people have a local framing shop that can easily do custom work on matte or canvas prints. For custom matte frames there are also online shops that sell them.
Do the prints come framed? No, they come safely rolled up inside a sturdy mailing tube. We currently do not offer framing options for our art prints.
How long do the prints last? With proper care and display (out of direct sunlight or behind UV glass) our prints will last up to 100 years or longer without fading.
